GitStats

A utility to pull a number of statistics from a git repo including:

  • Total LOC (by file type)
  • LOC (by various time periods)
  • Commits (by various time periods)
  • Commits (by various authors)
  • Files (by type)
  • Files (by various time periods)

Usage

pip install gitstats

gitstats <repo_dir>+ <output_dir>

Dependencies

This module is dependant upon Tokei. On OSX, brew install tokei
