GitStats

A utility to pull a number of statistics from a git repo including:

  • Total LOC
  • LOC (by various time periods)
  • Commits (by various time periods)
  • Commits (by various authors)
  • Files (by type)
  • Files (by various time periods)
  • Tags (by date, authors, volume)

Usage

pip install gitstats

gitstats <repo_dir>+ <output_dir>

OR

gencsvstats <repo_dir>+ <output_dir>
